However, China’s rapid rise as the world’s second-largest economy with substantial exports, heavy investments in Asia, Africa and Latin America and a ‘win-win strategy’ under a peaceful coexistence approach to bolster its global presence has put the US in a challenging situation and complicating their bilateral relations.
