MINNEAPOLIS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Bubbly Paws, a self-service dog wash and full service dog grooming salon, is announcing their 3rd franchise location in Florida, just outside Fort Lauderdale in Weston.
This franchise is owned by Heather Zumarraga, a financial reporter and business author.
